摘　　要：报道1例以皮肤为首发症状的鼻NK/T细胞淋巴瘤。患者男,48岁。双下肢、躯干、双上肢陆续出现红色斑丘疹、结节及溃疡4月余,鼻腔发现新生物1月余。皮肤及鼻部组织病理示中、小淋巴样细胞弥漫浸润;免疫组化染色:CD56(+),LCA(+),UCLH-1(+),L26(-),CD57(-);EBER(+)。A case of nasal NK/T cell lymphoma at the first onset with skin lesions is reported. The patient was a 48 year old male peasant with red nodular, maculopapular and ulcerous lesions occurring in succession on his lower limbs, body and two pectoral limbs for more than 4 months. Three months later neoplasm was discovered on his nasal tract. The biopsy from skin lesion and nasal neoplasm revealed that a widespread infiltration of the small and medium size of the lymphoid cells. Immunohistochemical staining showed that the neoplatic cells were CD56, LCA,UCLH 1 positive, whereas L26 and CD57 were negative. The lymphoid cells showed positive labelling for EBERs on in situ hybridization.
