高校科研量化管理若干问题探讨

摘　　要：近十年来 ,许多高校都在探索和实施科研量化管理办法 ,把量化后教师和科技人员的科研成果作为职称评定、学科带头人评审、岗位聘任、内部定级、评优和奖励等的重要依据。文章分论文、著作、获奖和作品四个方面 ,从理论上对科研成果的量化管理提出了若干意见 ,同时 。In the recent decade, many colleges have been studying and implementing the quantitative managing method of scientific research, in this way the achievements in scientific research won by teachers and researchers form an important basis for evaluating and approving their titles of professional posts, the leaders of subject construction, the appointment of posts, the internal grade on the wage scale and the advanced individuals as well as their awards, etc. The author makes suggestions about the quantitative managing method of scientific research in theory from four aspects: thesis, literature, prize and works. In addition, the author introduces the successful experience of the department he works for.
