摘　　要：从知识经济时代金融的虚拟化、自由化和一体化的特征入手,分析投资基金法律制度该如何应对和反映这些特征,从而把握投资基金法的时代特征和立法规律。Abstract: Starting from the virtualization, liberalization, and integration of finance in thetimes of knowledge economy, the authors study how legal system of investment fund shouldcope with and reflect these features so that it conforms to the epochal characteristics andrules of legislation.
