仿parks术式在低位直肠癌保肛手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨仿 parks术式在低位直肠癌保肛术中的应用价值。方法 :对 1991年至 2 0 0 1年间 2 8例患者的治疗过程及结果进行回顾性分析。结果 :全组无手术死亡 ,吻合口瘘发生率为 7.1% ,肛周粪渍性湿疹占 2 8.5 % ,术后 6个月肛门功能恢复满意。结论 :仿 Parks术式简单实用 。Objective: To evaluate the clinical application of modified parks operation in the anus protective operation for low rectal carcinoma Methods: The treatment and therapeutic effect of 17 cases admitted form 1991 to 2001 were analyzed retrospectively Results: Of all cases, no one died The incidence of anastomosis fistulas was 7 1%, The rate of skin eruption by erosion of stools was 28 5%, and the function of anal had a satisfactory recovery after six months Conclusion: The modified parks operation is simple and practical, it is necessary to be studied further and used widely
