摘　　要：本文较为全面地分析了自 1978年国内华侨高等教育恢复以来 ,在办学方针、招生对象、培养目标、就业地区和教育理论等方面随着我国侨务事业的发展而发生的变化 ,突出反映了新时期华侨高等教育所面临的新情况、新问题 ,揭示了当今华侨高等教育与时俱进的发展规律和时代特征。This article overall analyzes the change in the overseas Chinese's higher education since 1978. With the development of and changes in the guiding principle for running a school, the target of the new students' enrollment, the training objectives, the obtain employment's areas and the education theory and so on, the overseas Chinese's higher education faces a new situation and new problems in the new period. This article reveals the development law and times features of the overseas Chinese's higher education.
