摘　　要：为了促进重庆市少数民族地区教育的发展 ,我们选取了市内少数民族聚居地———黔江开发区的五个民族自治县作为研究重点。该地区的教育发展至今 ,已初步形成了一个教育大体系 ,但由于教育观念落后、自然和经济条件落后、教育经费投入不足等原因 ,使得学校办学条件差、拖欠教师工资、师资队伍弱小、职业技术教育薄弱 ;据此 ,必须改变教育观念、增加教育经费投入、加强经费管理、发展职业技术教育和进行师资队伍建设 ,并开展对口支援。In order to promote the educational development in the minority regions of ChongQing municipality, we chose five autonomous counties of Qianjiang\|an area where most minority nationalities of ChongQing inhabit\|as an emphasis of our research.So far,in this area,the great minority education system has formed, but the educational thought has fallen behind, the ecosystem has been destroyed, the educational investment is far from enough and so on. Therefore, the schools' conditions are still poor,the teacher group, whose payment is usually delayed, is still weak and the professional and technical education is also backward. For solving these problems, it is necessary to change the educational thought, to increase the educational investment and management, to develop the professional and technical education, to strengthen the teachers group and to provide the counterpart aid.
