车辆运行状态地面安全监测系统研究的新进展

摘　　要：车辆运行状态地面安全监测系统主要用于识别运行状态不良的车辆 ,并监测货车超偏载、识别车轮踏面擦伤、统计轨道负荷当量通过总重 ,是科学管理、确保行车安全的高新技术装备 ,对预防货物列车行车事故、减少轨道车辆零部件损伤具有重要作用。文章介绍了系统试运行以来的技术改进、检验标定和称重较核情况 ,对比分析了两套监测系统在监测受力波形和特征上的一致性 ,同时介绍了系统监测蛇行失稳车辆动态轮轨力波形。The Earth Surface Safety Monitoring System of Vehicle Operation Estate is mainly used in identifying the vehicle that was worse operation estate, monitoring super leaning load of wangons, identifying the scrapes on wheel treads, totalizing the quantum capacity passed gross weight of load on track. It is a new high tech equipment in scientific management and ensuring operation safety, which has important effects on preventing accidents of cargo train and decreasing damages of components on vehicles. In this paper, the author introduces technology advance, inspection demarcation and scale weight checkout since the system starts operation in test, and analysis comparatively the consistency in monitoring wave figures and characters under loading. At the same time, the author also introduces the development of the research on monitoring the wave figure of dynamic wheel-rail force and varying charaters on loss steady vehicle, static state scale weight and the test of super leaning load.
