新设“学院”在高等教育发展中的若干问题研究

摘　　要：进入 90年代后期 ,随着高等教育大众化的进程和地方城市大力发展高等教育的需求 ,一批由几所专科学校合并升格本科而成立的、大都以所在地城市命名的“学院”应运而生。新设学院的发展如何定位、办学机制如何转型等问题 ,都需要予以认真研究和探讨。Ever since the late nineties,with the popularization of higher education and the demand for the development of higher education from local cities,a batch of new higher education institutions came into being responsively.Though self-proclaimed to be college,institute,or university,these new educational institutions are usually named after the concerning local city adding the Chinese words 'Xueyuan'.Each'Xueyuan'is formed by the merger of several cluster colleges within the city to offer undergraduate courses.This is a research on some issues concerning the development of these new'Xueyuans'of their general situation,their developing orientations,and their mechanism of college-running in transformation.
