教育规模扩展下的高等教育质量问题

摘　　要：高等教育质量问题长期以来备受教育界同仁、教育行政管理部门、用人单位的关注。本文就高等教育在规模迅速发展的背景下 ,如何处理好规模发展与质量提高的矛盾 ,确保高等教育的质量 ,提出了要正确理解教育质量的内涵 ,转变教育质量观念 ,把“突出一个中心”、抓好“八个方面”的工作作为确保高等教育质量的基本对策等观点。The quality of education is the core problem in higher education.Concerning how to handle the contradiction between developing scale and quality rise to guarantee the quality of higher education with the expansion of educational scale in the new historical period.The auther has put forward the basic countermeasures:to understand the constituent elements of the quality of education correclty,change its notion and stress'one center'and 'eight key elements.
