摘  要:目的 探讨应届优秀师范毕业生的人格特征及心理健康。方法 采用卡特尔十六种人格因素量表 (16PF)、艾森克人格问卷 (EPQ) ,整群测试青岛大学师范学院应届毕业生中 2 2 2名优秀生 ,并以 4 70名普通毕业生为对照。结果 ①优秀毕业生 16PF测试显示 5高 1低的人格特征 ,即高兴奋性、高敢为性、高怀疑性、低独立性 (P <0 0 1) ;高聪慧性和高恃强性 (P <0 0 5 )。② 16PF综合预测次级人格因素和EPQ测试均显示优秀生明显外向 ,且有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。③ 16PF和EPQ示优秀毕业生情绪稳定性较高 ,心理健康水平较高 ;优秀毕业生中心理健康欠佳者比例 11 2 6 % ,低于普通毕业生的 18 72 % ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 优秀毕业生的人格特征可作为高校培养优秀人才的参照依据 ;通过完善和健全在校生的兴奋、恃强、敢为、外向和稳定性等人格特征 。Objective To investigate the personality trait and mental health of excellent graduateds in Teachers College.Methods In cluster sampling,compared with the common 470 graduates,222 excellent pre-graduates of Teachers College of Qingdao University were tested by the Cattell's 16 Personality Factors Questionnaire(16PF) and Eysenck personality Questionnaire(EPQ).Results ①The 16PF Test of the excellent graduates indicated five advantages and one disadvantage of the personality traits.i.e.the advantages of excitement,courage,suspicion( P <0 01),intelligence and ambition( P <0 05) as well as the disadvantage of independence( P <0 01).②The comprehensive forecast of 16PF and EPQ made it clear that the excellent graduates bear obvious extroversion which had distinctive difference( P <0 01).③The test of 16PF and EPQ also showed the high level of emotional stability and mental health of the excellent graduates.The precentage of unheathy mental was 11.26%,which was lower than common graduates(18.72%).The difference was significant( P <0 05).Conclusion The personality trait of excellent graduates can be used as consultation basis to better such personality traits of common graduates as ambition,excitement,courage extroversion and stability and to raise the standard of mental health as well.
