摘　　要：贯彻“以德治国”的方略，加强新世纪高校思想道德建设，积极推进大学生思想教育的创新，不断提高大学生思想道德素质，要立足于高校思想道德教育的现实，站在代表先进文化前进方向的高度，做到以德治校、以德治教、以德育人、以德修已。The construction of ideological morality in universities in new period lies in innovation of the moral education of university students.We should carry out the policy of 'Managing State Affairs with Morality'.We must face up to the reality of present moral education to govern universities with morality,to educate students with morality and to cultivate their characters with morality.
