摘　　要：普通话水平测试'说话'项的评分是全部测试项中评分项目最为复杂,评分难度最大的一个测试项,也是最能反映应试人普通话水平的测试项.其中关于方音严重程度、语音面貌的定档、词汇语法的判定、自然流畅程度的把握等几方面是广大应试人与测试员都十分关心的问题.Evaluating (giving marks to ) 'speaking' item on Maderin Proficiency Test is the most complicated and most difficult item in all the test items concerned. It is also the best one reflecting examinees' maderin level. The criteria is greatly concerned by most examiners and examinees of evaluating the dialact degrees, pronunciation levels, vocabulary and grammar judgement, as well as natural fluency.
