摘 要:本文对105名广西区体工大队优秀运动员进行了系统的膳食营养调查和血红蛋白测定、铁营养状况分析的几项生化指标的检测。结果表明:1.运动员膳食中总能量、蛋白质和糖类摄入不足,而脂肪偏高,钙、维生素B_2和维生素C未达要求者占半数以上。2.运动员膳食中铁虽摄入充裕,并且血红素铁占总铁量33%以上,但铁生化指标检测仍显示出铁缺乏者占21.8%。表明运动员缺铁是多方面因素所造成的。3.105名优秀运动员的贫血检出率为19.0%,其中女子运动员的贫血(36.8%)极显著地高于男子运动员的贫血(9.0%,P<0.01)。并且分析了造成运动员营养不平衡和贫血的影响因素与多种原因有关。The dietary survey, hemoglobin level determination and iron nutrition analysis were studied in 105 excellent athletes of Guangxi. The results showed:1. In the diet for athletes, the intake of total energy, protein and carbohydrate was l6wer than normal but fat was a bit higher. Among the athletes, more than half of them had been deficient in calcium, Vitamin B2 and C. 2. The biochemical assay showed that 21.8% of all the member tested had a deficiency in iron, although there was quite enough iron in the diet and 33% more of total iron in the diet was hemeiron. These indicate that the deficiency of iron in the serum of the athletes was caused by many different factors. 3. The incidence of anemia in the athletes tested was 19%, however, the incidence in female athletes (36.8%) was significantly higher than that in males (9%, P<0.01). The conclusion was that the factors led to the imbalance of the nutrition and anemia may be various in the athletes.
