摘  要:通过对病鹌鹑的肝脏和脾脏中分离到的细菌 ,进行培养、生化鉴定及动物接种试验 ,确诊为大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌混合感染。在不同禽舍中采取的三处水样中 ,同样分离出了上述两种细菌 .分离的 6株大肠杆菌血清型鉴定结果Y2 ,Y6,Y8为O1;Y3 ,Y7,Y9为O2 2 ,并且均产生肠毒素 .药敏试验结果从脏器中分离细菌对庆大霉素、卡那霉素、新霉素高度敏感 ;The pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the liver and spleen of diseased quails and were incubated in the selective medium. By the biochemical reaction and little animal inoculate test , it was diagnosed to the mixed infection with E. coli and salmonella. The same two bacteria were isolated from the water from the different fowlery. In the six strains E. coli,Y 2,Y 6,Y 8 were O 1 and Y 3,Y 7,Y 9were O 22 ,and all of them produced toxins. The strains from the diseased quails were the best sensitive to gentamycin? kanamycin? neomycin by antibiotic sensitivity test, but cloramphenicol was the best to the strains from the water.
