二恶英类化学物质的检测方法

摘　　要：本文介绍了 2 0世纪 60年代以来二恶英类化学物质的检测方法。重点介绍了色谱法、免疫法和生物法 ,并对各种分析方法的优缺点进行了评述。提出了各方法运用的适用范围 ,为建立二恶英类化学物质分析方法提供了依据。The determination of dioxins type chemicals since 1960s was reviewed in this papers. The emphasis is putted on the chromatography, immunology and biology methods. The advantage, disadvantage and application of this three kinds of methods were evaluated. This article gave the basis to the choice of method for the detection of dioxins type chemicals.
