摘　　要：在数字信号处理的过程中 ,以小波分析技术为基础建立了多通道信息融合的数学模型。通过采集车辆变速箱的多通道振动信号 ,将测试信号进行小波包分解与重构 ,对感兴趣的频带进行数据层信息融合 ,并进行图形显示和分析 ,获得其测试信号的特性参数。将小波技术与信息融合技术巧妙地结合 ,这为齿轮变速箱的振动信号分析提供了新的方法。A mathematical model of data information fusion using wavelet analysis in gearbox vibration signals is explored in this paper.The gearbox vibration signals are sampled,decomposed and reconstructed by the orthogonal discrete wavelet transform.The reconstructed signals at the range of interest frequencies are fused and analysed,so as to get the characteristics of the vibration signals.The work presented in the paper provides a new method of gearbox vibration analysis.
