摘　　要：分析了CV型飞剪机的运动与动作特征,讨论了主要执行元件对飞剪机启、制动特性的影响。提出了改善CV型飞剪机启、制动特性的有效措施。Analyze the movement and action of the CV flying shear. Discuss the main executive body influence the start and braking feature. Bring forward the effect measure of improving the start and braking feature of the CV flying shear.
