摘　　要：介绍了采用Dallas公司新近推出的微处理器DS80C3 90及CIRRUSLOGIC公司的电子式电能表芯片CS5 460完成了框架式智能断路器控制器的设计。该智能断路器控制器的应用 ,使用原断路器在具备基本的三段保护功能基础上 ,具有人工智能的特点 ,并应用现场总线技术 ,通过现场总线CAN实现数据、控制信息的远程传输。实验结果表明 :所设计控制器不仅实时性好、电磁兼容性强 ,而且体积小、成本低、实现容易。The design of intelligent controller in conventional circuit breaker is made by using the microprocessor newly introduced by Dallas and the single phase bi-directional power/engery IC CS5460 produced by CIRRUS LOGIC,which is introduced in this paper.Besides possessing the essential three kinds of safeguard functions,the intelligent circuit breaker has the character of artificial intelligence by using the intelligent controller.By appling field bus technology,the data and the control information can be transferred through CAN bus.The experiment shows that the designed controller has the characteristics of good real-time,high EMC,small volume,low cost and simple implementation.
