医学生父母养育方式的比较研究

摘　　要：目的 :比较不同性别、不同学历层次医学生的父母养育方式及医学生父亲与母亲不同的养育方式。方法 :采用“父母养育方式”问卷对 16 0名医学生进行测定和分析。结果 :女医学生父母情感温暖、理解因子分均显著高于男医学生 (P <0 0 1)。本科生父母情感温暖、理解因子分均显著高于大专生 (P <0 0 5 ) ,大专生父母严厉惩罚的因子分均显著高于本科生 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,大专生母亲拒绝否认分显著高于本科生 (P <0 0 1)。母亲的情感温暖、理解 ,过度保护、干涉均显著高于父亲 (P <0 0 0 1) ,父亲的严厉惩罚、拒绝否认的因子分均显著高于母亲 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :医学生的父母养育方式受医学生自身的性别、学历层次和父母性别的影响 ,要改过父母养育方式必须父母、子女共同努力。Objcetive: To compare different gender and academic credential medical students' parental rearing styles and different rearing styles of medical students father and mother. Method: 160 medical students were tested by the Egna Minnen Barndoms Uppfostran (EMBU) Scale. The Data were anlysized. Results: Female's medical students were markedly higher than male's in the parents' emotional warmth ( P <0 01). undergraduates were markedly higher than College students in the parents' emotional warmth ( P <0 05), but College students were markedly higher than undergraduates in the father's strict punishment and mother's strict punishment ( P <0 05, P <0 01). College students were markedly higher than undergraduates in the mother's refusal or denial ( P <0 01). Mother's emotional warmth and overprotection or over interference were markedly higher than father's ( P <0 001). Father's strict punishment and refusal or denial were markedly higher than mother's ( P <0 001). Conclusion: Medical students' parental rearing styles are influenced by their gender, academic credential and parent's gender. In order to improve parental rearing styles, parents and children must work hard together.
