摘　　要：目的　探讨经阴道超声术前诊断子宫内膜癌肌层浸润的价值。方法　总结分析经阴道超声对 72例Ⅰ～Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌患者肌层浸润程度的诊断结果。结果　经阴道超声检测深肌层浸润的准确率为 81.9% ,敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为 60 .0 %、85 .4%、40 .0 %和 93 .0 %。结论　经阴道超声能较准确地诊断出深肌层浸润 ,可作为子宫内膜癌患者术前的首选影像学检查方法。Objective To evaluate the possibility of transvaginal sonography (TVS) in the preoperative assessment of the depth of myometrial invasion in patients with endometrial carcinoma. Methods The TVS results of seventy two patients with endometrial carcinoma (stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ) confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed,whose pathology received TVS examination. Results The accuracy of TVS in detecting deep invasion was 81.9% , the sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive value were 60.0% , 85.4% , 40.0% and 93.0% ,respectively.Conclusions TVS is an accurate modality in detecting deep myometrial invasion, and should be the first choice of imaging technique in preoperative diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.
