摘　　要：宋代官府经营着大量的手工业。为了进行有效的管理 ,官营手工业普遍实行定额管理制度 ,并以此为中心形成了一套相当完备的管理制度。但官营手工业仍然严重地存在诸如生产效率低下、产品质量低劣等问题 ,原因主要在于其经营方式存在弊端 ,监官任用不当等 。The government in the Song Dynasty ran a large number of handicraft industries. In order to manage them effectively, the officials put ration system into practice widely, and a self-contained management systems around the ration system came into being. However, there still existed serious problems, such as low production efficiency, low production quality and so on. The reason mostly lies with malpractice in management mode and impropriety in appointing supervisors. All those badly blocked the realization of the anticipating effects of the management system.
