摘  要:设计了多种特殊结构的狭缝通道热虹吸溶液提升管 ,并对其进行了溶液加热及溶液提升效能的测试 .实验结果表明 :狭缝通道管具有启动温度低 (最低达 6 8℃ )、运行温度范围大 (6 8~ 90℃ )及对真空度要求不高 (10kPa以下 )等显著特点 ;在合适的通道面积条件下 ,溶液的提升量、冷剂水的产量随运行温度的升高而提高 .对影响提升管效能的其他因素也进行了分析及讨论 .Several thermosiphon solution elevation tubes with narrow slot channel are specially designed and constructed. The heating and elevating solution performances of the tubes are measured. The experimental results indicate that the narrow slot channel tubes have the outstanding characteritstics, such as the low starting temperature (minmum 68 degrees), wide operation temperature range (68~90 degrees) and low vacuum requirement (under 10 kPa). Under the conditions of the suitable section area of the tubes, the elevating solution volume and distilled water yield increase with the operation temperature. Other factors having influences on the elevating solution performance of the tubes are also analyzed and discussed.
