摘　　要：利用荧光光度法研究确定了测定芦荟大黄素的适用条件 .在λex/em =470 /5 4 0nm ,pH =7.0的实验条件下 ,测定的线性范围为 1 .0～ 8.1 μg .mL- 1 ,检测限为 0 .0 3 1 μg .mL- 1 ,方法精密度为 2 .1 8% ,并成功地测定了样品决明子、血清和尿样中芦荟大黄素的含量 .The optimal conditions of aloe-emodin determination were studied by fluorimetric analysis. Based on the conditions of λex/em=470/545nm and pH=7.0, the linear range of calibration curve is 3.7×10 -6 ～3.0×10 -5 . The detection limit is 31ppb and the relative deviation is 2.18%.This developed method is successfully applied to the determination of aloe-emodin in samples of cassi toral,Serum and urine.The results are satisfying.
