糖尿病视网膜病变患者血浆中ET-1和降钙素基因相关肽的变化

摘　　要：目的　探讨糖尿病视网膜病变 (DR)患者血浆中内皮素 - 1(endothelin- 1,ET- 1)和降钙素基因相关肽 (calcitonin in gene related- peptide,CGRP)水平的变化。方法　采用放射免疫分析法 ,测定糖尿病患者 (diabetic mellitus,DM)血浆中 ET- 1和 CGRP。结果　血浆中 ET- 1的水平在 DM患者明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,并随 DR的出现及加重逐渐升高。DM患者血浆中 CGRP水平明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论　 ET- 1和 CGRP可能与Objective To explore the effects of change of plasma endothelin 1 (ET 1)and calcitonin in gene related peptide (CGRP) in patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods Plasma levels of ET 1 and CGRP were detected by radioimmunoassay in patients with diabetic mellitus (DM).Results The content of plasma ET 1 in patients with DM was significantly higher ( P <0.001) and went up gradually with the appearance and seriousness of DR . The content of plasma CGRP in patients with DM was lower ( P <0 001).Conclusion The change of ET 1 and CGRP are closely related to DR.
