摘　　要：从实践经验出发 ,并结合一定的理论 ,重点阐述增速机齿轮剃齿原理、剃齿工艺及剃齿中常见的缺陷和原因分析 ,特别是对剃齿过程中容易出现的齿向超差、齿形超差的原因及改善方法作了重点论述。Proceeding from actual experience and combining with theory,shaving principle,technology,common defect and cause analysis of increasing gear are mainly set forth.And especially to the cause and improving method of teeth direction and form exceeding limitation appeared during shaving is mainly discussded in this pater.
