Th1和Th2细胞检测在口腔粘膜病中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :观察Th亚群 (Th1及Th2 )在扁平苔藓、复发性口疮及白斑中的变化规律。方法 :采用细胞内免疫组化染色IFN -R(Th1细胞 )和IL - 4(Th2细胞 ) ,对 2 8例扁平苔藓、18例复发性口疮及 12例白斑患者进行了免疫治疗前后外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)Th亚群及Th1/Th2比值测定。结果 :扁平苔藓及复发性口疮患者Th2增高 ,而白斑患者Th1减少 ,Th1/Th2比值明显偏离正常。治疗后Th1/Th2比值趋于正常。扁平苔藓、复发性口疮及白斑患者Th1/Th2比值明显低于对照组 ,经免疫治疗后Th亚群失衡状况明显改善。结论Objective:To observe the changes of Th1 and Th2 cells in recurrent aphthe ,lichen pluras and leukoplakia. Methods:Immunohistochemistry method was employed to detect the IFN-r(Th1 cells) and IL-4(Th2 cells) from 28 cases of lichen planus,18 cases of recurrent aphtha and 12 cases of leukoplakia before and after treatment.Results:There was a obvious increase of Th2 in recurrent aphtha patients and lichen planus patients,and a decrease of Th1 in leukoplakia patients.Th1/Th2 was abnorml and trended to normal after treatment.Conclusion:Detection of Th1 and Th2 cell in oral mucosal disease is of great importance.
