摘　　要：知识经济时代需要具有创新精神和创新能力的创新型人才。培养高素质的创新人才是时代赋予高等学校的任务。如何在教学中培养学生的创新精神和创新能力,就成为极需研讨的一个重要问题。文章从增强创新意识、激活创新思维、培养创新能力和创新品格几个方面,作了初步探讨。Talents with innovation spirit and ability are badly needed in today s knowledge economy. To educate the talents with high quality is the task granted by the era to colleges and universities. Thus the paper discusses the ways to cultivate such kind of students in teaching, such as toning innovation awareness, activating innovation thoughts, developing innovation ability and forming innovation characters.
