摘　　要：随着机车运用速度的提高及蛇行运动的加剧 ,东风4D型机车边长为 180mm的正方形抗蛇行减振器座频繁出现裂损 ,严重影响了机车的运行安全。经过分析、试验 ,在座端补焊一“口”字形补板 ,使应力向四周分散 ,取得了良好的效果。With the increasing of locomotive speed and the hunting movement,the square anti-hunting damper holders appears cracks frequently,and in result the locomotive safty operation was influenced seriously.We have taken some measures to make the stress scattered.
