摘  要:引进型 30 0 MW汽轮机发电机组普遍存在低压缸轴承座刚度较差的问题 ,使得运行过程中机组轴承的绝对标高易于变化而导致机组振动增加。为此 ,现场往往需要精确地测出在运行时机组轴承绝对标高的变化以便准确地对机组进行异常振动故障诊断及正确地对机组进行调整、安装或维修。文章应用近代物理学中光学的干涉及微弱信号检测原理 ,设计了一套 30 0 MW汽轮机发电机组轴承标高测量装置 ,较精确地测量出轴承的绝对标高并利用计算机对标高进行现场实时统计、分析。It is the universal problem that the stiffness of low-pressrue cylinder bearing block is relatively poor in the imported style 300MW turbo-generator,and it leads to the absolute bearing elevation in the turbo-generator is easy to change during the operation,and would result in the raise of the vibration of the turbo-generato,from the factors above,usually,the variation quantity of the absolute bearing elevation in the turbo-generator during the operation need measuring exactly in the workshop,and this can make it easy to diagnose the extraordinary vibration fault of the turbo-generator accurately and adjust?install or maintain the turbo-generator correctly.In the paper,a set the device for the measurement of absolute bearing elevation in 300MW turbo-generator is designed mainly by the principles of optical interference and weak signal detection of recent physics,and the device can measure the absolute elevation of the turbo-generator relatively precisely,and the data of the absolute elevation can be kept,analyzed and recorded in time in the workshop.
