摘　　要：从知识经济时代的要求出发 ,分析了知识经济对企业收益分配主客体的影响 ,提出了知识型企业收益分配的理念 。In this paper, the authors conduct an analysis in the effect of knowledge economy over both subject and objects of business income distribution with the call of the knowledge economy as the basis, and they further installed a model for the income distribution of knowledge-typed businesses.
