摘　　要：教学管理是一种整合教学资源的动态活动,创新人才的培养必然要求管理观念、管理体制和运行机制与其相适应.本文分析了现行教学管理对创新人才培养的制约因素,就适应创新人才培养对教学管理模式进行了一些探索,并阐述了新管理模式的保障体系.Teaching administration is a kind of activities to arrange personnel reserve. The training of creative personnel request the application of administrative idea , administrative system. This paper analyses the restriction of the current teaching administration the quarentee system of the new administrative model.
