子宫肌瘤高强度聚焦超声治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨高强度聚焦超声 (High- intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU )在子宫肌瘤治疗中的作用。方法 :将 10 2例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为两组 ,观察组 4 9例 ,采用高强度聚焦超声于月经后 3～ 5 d开始接受治疗 ,每日 1次 ,每次 6 0 m in,根据肿瘤最大直径决定治疗天数 (1cm /d) ;对照组 5 3例 ,于月经第 1天起每晚睡前服米非司酮 2 5 mg,连服 90 d。结果 :两组患者临床症状均有改善 ,观察组瘤体缩小较对照组明显 (P <0 .0 1) ,且无明显副作用。结论 :HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤是一种安全有效的方法。Objective: To examine the effect of the therapy with HIFU on patients with leiomyoma Methods: 102 patients with leiomyoma were divided into two groups at random The HIFU group(49 patients) were treated with HIFU for 60 minutes daily 3~5 days after menstrual cycle The treatment period were based on the diameter volume of leiomyoma(1 cm/day) The control group(53 patients) were given 25 mg mifepristone every night for 90 days beginning on the first day of cycle Results: The clinical symptoms of both groups were improved obviously The volume of leiomyoma of the patients in HIFU group was reduced far more obviously than of control group Conclusions: It is a safe and effective treatment to use the HIFU for treatment of leiomyoma
