摘  要:目的 :探讨经胸超声心动图引导建立二尖瓣返流 (MR)动物模型的价值。方法 :2 2条犬经股动脉或颈总动脉插管 ,在超声引导下 ,将心肌活检钳经左冠状动脉造影导管引至二尖瓣下 ,咬断二尖瓣前叶一条腱索造成二尖瓣返流。结果 :经股动脉插管 6条犬 ,术中死亡 4条 ,术后死亡 2条。经颈总动脉插管 16条 ,手术成功并存活。彩色多普勒血流图显示二尖瓣返流。频谱多普勒测最大返流速度 (333± 4 4 .3) cm/s,最大压差 (5 .8± 1.8) k Pa。心脏标本示为一级或二级腱索断裂。结论 :经胸超声引导建立 MR动物模型方法简便、安全。Objective:To explore the value of construction of mitral regurgitation(MR)animal model under the guiding of transthoracic echocardiography.Methods:To cannulate the catheterization into left ventricle through the femoral artery or carotid artery in 22 experiment dogs,then put the myocardium biopsyclamp into the mitral valve nearby through the catheterization of left coronary artery and pinch chordea tendineae under the guidance of echo in order to construct mitral regurgitation.Results:In the group of 6 experiment dogs,the catheterizations were cannulated through the femoral artery,and 4 dogs died in the operation,and 2 dogs died in the postoperation.In the group of 16 experiment dogs through the common carotid artery,the catheterizations were successful and dogs were living.The color Doppler flow imaging showed that the dogs had had MR,the peak velocity was 333±44 3cm/s and the maximun pressure gradient was 5 8±1 8kPa.The ventricular morphology showed that one of the first degrees or second degrees chordae tendineae was broke.Conclusions:This way is safe,feasible,and easily successful in constructing the MR animal model under the guiding of transthoracic echocardiography.
