摘　　要：本文着重阐述了在改革开放新的历史时期 ,高校思想政治工作的科学性、整体性、层次性 ,提出了构建高校思想政治教育系统的运作模式 ,并对高校思想政治教育的工作方法。This text has explained emphatically that in the historical period new in reform and opening-up, the science of the ideological and political work of university, globality, level quality, have proposed structuring the systematic operation mode of ideological and political education of the university. And to the work method of ideological and political education of the university, the way has carried on the deeper discussion.
