摘  要:以 1 2 5只 7日龄肉仔鸡随机分成 5组 ,每组 2 5只 , ~ 组为试验组 ,第 组为对照组 ,对照组喂基础日粮 ,其他 4组分别喂含 1 %的 4个中药组方的日粮 ,饲喂 6周后观察它们对肉仔鸡抗氧化能力、免疫器官及生产性能的影响 ,结果表明 :各试验组鸡血清及组织中的SOD、GSH-Px活性较对照组均有提高 ,MDA含量均有下降 ,其中 、 组各指标均与对照组差异极显著 , 组又优于 组 ;脾体比试验 、 、 组与对照组有显著差异 , 组与对照组无差异 ;各试验组生产性能也均高于对照组。实验结果说明中药组方可提高机体的抗氧化能力和免疫力 ,并可提高肉仔鸡生产性能。One hundred and twenty five broilers aged 7days were randomly divided into five groups,25 for each group .Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲand Ⅳ were as the experimental groups which were fed the diets containing 1% of the four kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,Ⅴ was used as the control which was given the basic diet to research their effects on antioxidation, immune organs and production performance. At 49days,the results showed:①The activities of SOD and GSH Px in serum and tissues in experimental groups were markedly higher than that in control group, meanwhile contents of MDA were lower among them. Those indexes in Ⅲ,Ⅳ showed significantly difference with Ⅴ,moreover, Ⅲwas better thanⅣ ②The ratio of spleen weight and body weight showed significantly difference between Ⅰ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅤ,but no difference between Ⅳand Ⅴ.③Production performance in the experimental groups were higher than that in the control group. All the results showed that the Chinese medicine recipe could improve the broiler's antioxidation, immunization and production performance.
