摘　　要：新时期需要高校德育工作者适应新的形势 ,满足新的需求 ,进一步明确德育工作目标 ,从强化“渗透意识”、“人本意识”、“抢滩意识”等方面入手 ,使高校德育工作真正落在实处 ,起到实效。The new times need moral education workers to fit new situation so as to satisfy new requirements,need to make the work objective of moral education definite.Moral education in colleges and universities should start with strengthening the 'penetrating consciousness,humanism,and competitive consciousness',and put them into effect.
