摘 要:从处理印染废水的污泥中分离到两株能对多种染料脱色的细菌 ,编号为D3 2 和D4.它们对 2 1种在印染工业中常用的分属偶氮染料类、三苯甲烷染料类和蒽醌类染料均具有较强的脱色能力 .这两株细菌为革兰氏阴性 ,杆状 ,以单极生鞭毛运动 ,氧化型代谢 ,兼性厌氧 ,可以乳酸钠为唯一碳源生长 ,液化明胶 ,对石蕊牛奶胨化产酸和还原 ,产生H2 S ,可还原NOˉ3 为NOˉ2 ,细胞内无聚 β 羟基丁酸颗粒积累 ,DNA中 (G +C)的摩尔分数x分别为 4 3.7%和 4 3.2 % .经鉴定为腐败交替单胞菌 (Alteromonasputrefaciens) .图 4表 3参Two strains, D 32 and D 4, Gram negative, aerobic bacteria, capable of facultative anaerobic growth and dye decolouring, were isolated from the activated sludge in printing and dyeing plant. These strains could decolour 21 kinds of dyes, including tribenmythane dyes, anthraquinone dyes, mona azo dyes and poly azo dyes. The cells of these strains are straight rods, mobile with polar flagellum, non fermentative,oxidase reaction positive, able to produce H 2S and reducing NO ˉ 3 to NO ˉ 2. The poly β hydroxybutic acid granules were not produced in the cells. The mole fraction of G+C in DNA of strain D 32 and D 4 were 43.7 % and 43.2%, respectively. Based on the polyphasic approaches including morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics, mole fraction of G+C in DNA, etc., both of strains D 32 and D 4 were identified to be Alteromonas putrefaciens .
