摘  要:研究分析了 1Cr17Ni2钢在淬火与回火间进行时效对其组织及屈服强度的影响。认为淬火后 ,进行时效处理 ,然后再进行回火 ,可明显减少残留奥氏体量 ,提高 1Cr17Ni2钢的屈服强度及屈强比。The effect of aging treatment between quenching and tempering on microstructure and yield strength of 1Cr17Ni2 steel was studied in this paper.The steel 1Cr17Ni2 was treated by process of quenching,aging and tempering.The retained austenite content in the steel could be reduced from 12% to 8% and the yielding to tensile strength ratio of the steel could be increased from 0.56~0.58 to 0.76~0.80.
