摘　　要：从素质教育和金工实习的特点出发,就如何在新形势下,以培养学生实际动手能力和树立创新意识为目标,对金工实习改革进行了实践与探索,使受教育个性和谐发展,并将提高素质与培养创新意识渗透在整个金工实习中。In view of quality education and features of meta- lworking practice,focusing on fostering the operational abil- ities and enhancing innovative thinking of the trainees,the authors have developed,practised and explored some new methods for reforming the metalworking practice patterns. These new methods can help trainees develop their ability more comprehensively,and achieve the goal of improving their quality and innovative thinking through metalworking practice as well.
