摘　　要：素质教育是充分发挥每个人潜能的教育 ,而数学素质教育是整个素质教育工程的子系统。从培养学生发现问题的能力、自学能力、思维能力。Quality education is the education that should give full play to everyone's latent energy. Mathematics quality education is a subsystem of all quality education projects. In this paper, how to train the mathematics ability of students is discussed from following four aspects: finding problems ability, self-studying ability, thinking ability and applying ability.
