摘　　要：对目前高校档案领域特别是教学档案的现状 ,包括教学档案内容、作用及存在的问题等作了介绍和分析 ;就如何全面推进高校档案信息化建设 ,改变其原来较为被动的局面 ,作了探索 ;从信息技术与高校档案信息化建设的关系出发 ,就档案信息技术的开发。The author has introduced and analyzed the present state of archives in colleges and universities, especially in the area of teaching archives, including the context, usage and present problems of teaching archives.Based on the relationships of information technology and the construction of archives information in colleges and universities. The envisagement of the overall construction of archives information to transform its passive situation has been proposed.
