摘 要:目的:分析大鼠卵巢经诊断超声照射后BCL-2表达的情况,旨在探讨大鼠卵巢细胞的凋亡情况。方法:将30只雌性大鼠随机分为6组:正常对照组、5min组、10min组、20min组、30min组和60min组。应用EUB-26黑白超声诊断仪予以不同时间持续照射,7天后断头即行取材。结果:超声持续照射大鼠卵巢10min内BCL-2呈低表达,20min时呈高表达,但随照射时间延长,BCL-2的表达随之减弱。结论:诊断超声持续照射大鼠卵巢20min后BCL-2表达增加,它在某种程度上可抑制由超声照射引起的细胞凋亡。Objective:To study the expression of BCL-2in rat ovary irradiated with ultrasonic wave and study apoptosis of ovarian cell.Methods:Thirty rats were randomly divided into six groups which contained the control group and5min,10min,20min,30min and60min irradiation groups.Rats'ovary were irradiated by ultrasonic wave.After seven days the rats were killed and the ovarian tissue was removed for detection.The immunohistochemistry technology was used to detect the expression of BCL-2in rat ovary.Results:The expression of BCL-2in the10min group was low,but it was higher in20min group than that of the other groups (P<0.05).The expression of BCL-2in30min and60min groups were not signifi-cantly different from that of the control and10min groups.Conclusions:BCL-2played an important role in inhibiting apop-tosis of ovarian cell caused by ultrasonic wave.
