摘　　要：本文在概述了日本淘汰传送带式流水生产线 ,推广细胞生产方式 ,实施生产方式转型实态的基础之上 ,通过理论分析和实际数据对传送带式流水生产线在日本被淘汰的机理和细胞生产方式的比较优势进行了论证。日本的经验表明 ,在社会从工业经济向信息经济迈进的过渡时期 ,对企业来说冲破固有观念的束缚 ,实现“观念的更新” ,有时候比大规模的投资 ,高度的机械化和自动化装备更具有重要的意义。Japan is changing its manufacturing methods - from a conveyor system to a cell manufacturing system. These changes are being wrought to suit today's market economy.This paper scans the situation of change involved in the manufacturing methods. It focuses on the causes of the change and the superiority of the cell manufacturing system to the conveyor system by analyzing theory,and data involved.
