视网膜母细胞瘤p53、bcl-2、bax及增埴细胞核抗原的表达意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨视网膜母细胞瘤（retinoblastoma,Rb）p53、bcl-2、bax和增殖细胞核抗原表达与Rb及其分化程度的关系。方法:用免疫组化检测21例Rb和6例正常视网膜常规石蜡标本的p53、bcl-2、bax和PCNA表达。结果:bcl-2、bax和PCNA在Rb中的表达较高,与正常视网膜相比有显著性差异。分化型Rb组织的bcl-2阳性表达率较高,与未分化型Rb组织相比有显著性差异。p53、bcl-2、bax在Rb中的表达与PCNA的表达有显著相关性。结论:Rb的发生与多个细胞凋亡调控基因异常有关。测定Rb的bcl-2、PCNA、bax的表达,对帮助Rb的诊断和了解其分化程度具有重要意义。Aim: To investigate the expression of p53 bcl - 2 bax and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in Rb, and the relationship between their expression and degree of Rb differentiation. Methods: The expression of p53 bcl - 2 bax and PCNA was analyzed by using S - P immunohistochemical staining technique in Rb tissues of 21 cases and in routine paraffin samples of normal retina of 6 cases. Results: The positive rate of bcl - 2, bax and PCNA of Rb was higher than that of normal retinal tissue, and the difference was significant . The positive expression of bcl - 2 was higher in differentiated Rb tissues than that in undifferentiated Rb tissues, and the difference was significant. The expression of p53 bcl - 2 bax in Rb was markedly correlated with the expression of PCNA. Conclusions: The occurrence of Rb is the result of multiple gene mutations. Determination of the expression of bcl - 2, bax and PCNA is of great significance for evaluating the diagnosis of Rb and its differentiation.
