E-cadherin、p16蛋白表达与子宫内膜癌临床生物学特征关系的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨E 钙粘附蛋白 (E cad)及p16蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义。方法　采用免疫组化SP法对 38例子宫内膜癌及 19例正常子宫内膜组织进行了p16蛋白及E 钙粘附蛋白的免疫组化检测。结果　①在子宫内膜癌与正常子宫内膜组织中 ,E cad和p16蛋白的表达差异显著 (P <0 .0 1)。②E cad表达与子宫内膜癌的病理类型、肌层浸润和临床分期无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,与病理分级、淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;p16蛋白表达与子宫内膜癌的病理类型及病理分级无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,与淋巴结转移、肌层浸润和临床分期有关 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论　E cad及p16蛋白在子宫内膜癌的发生及进展过程中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the significance of expression of E cad and p16 protein in endometrial carcinoma. Methods The expression of p16 protein and E cad was detected in 38 endometrial carcinoma specimens and 19 controls by immunohistochemical SP method. Results ①E cad and p16 protein positive rates of endometrial carcinoma and normal control had significant difference ( P <0.01). ②The expression rates of E cad had no significant relationship found with the histologic type,invasion and clinical stage( P > 0.05 ),but it was correlated with histology grade and lymph node metastasis.The expression rates of p16 also had no significant relationship found with the histologic type and histology grade( P >0.05),but it was correlated with lymph node metastasi and invasion and clinical stage ( P <0.01, P <0.05).Conclusion E cad and p16 protein are closely associated with the generation and development of the carcinoma of endometrium.
