摘　　要：目的　研究三氧化二砷 (As2 O3)对人肺腺癌细胞 (AGZY)裸鼠模型超微结构的影响。方法　利用国内已建株的肺腺癌细胞株 (AGZY)制造了裸鼠肺腺癌模型 ,分别用不同浓度的As2 O3、顺铂、生理盐水治疗肺腺癌裸鼠 ,在电镜下观察四种不同用药方法作用后 ,肿瘤细胞超微结构的改变 ,并探讨As2 O3的作用机制。结果　人肺腺癌裸鼠经As2 O3、顺铂治疗后 ,超微结构观察发现 ,As2 O3能引起细胞核染色质聚集、边移 ,线粒体肿胀 ,细胞发生凋亡。结论　动物实验证明 ,As2 O3可诱导人肺腺癌细胞发生凋亡。Objective To study the ultra structural changes of the nude mice of human lung adenoidal cancer by arsenic trioxide(As 2O 3).Methods Human lung adenoidal cancer cell lines(AGZY) were used to make model of lung adenoidal cancer nude mice. Different content arsentic trioxide,cisplatin and natrii chloridi were used to treat lung adenoidal cancer nude mices. The ultra structural changes after administration of four methods were observed under electron microscopes in order to know the mechanism of arsentic trioxide.Results After treatment by arsentic trioxide and cisplatin, microscope showed that arsenic trioxide can lead to nuclei marginated to fringe of the nucleus. In the end,it resulted in cell apoptosis.Conclusion Animal experiment proves that arsenic trioxide can induce apoptosis of human lung adenoidal cancer cell lines(AGZY).
