摘  要:目的 探讨β 胡萝卜素 (β Carrot,β C)抗石英尘细胞毒作用及其机理。 方法 采用体外细胞培养法 ,观察不同浓度 β C溶液对染石英尘的肺泡巨噬细胞 (alveolarmacrophage,AM )膜脂质过氧化及胞内抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果 在染有石英尘的AM中加入 β C ,可以明显减少活性氧 ,丙二醛 (malonadehyde ,MDA)的生成 ,而过氧化氢酶(catalase ,CAT)、谷胱甘酞过氧化物酶 (glutathioneperoxidase ,GSH Px)和超氧化物歧化酶 (superoxidedismutse ,SOD)的活性和细胞活力却明显高于石英组 ,且有一定的剂量 -反应关系。结论 β C可以抑制石英尘诱发的AM的脂质过氧化反应 。Objective To study the effect and the mechanism ofβ-carotene on the injured alveolar macrophage(AM) exposed to quartz in vitro.Methods Different dosages of β-carotene were added to AM medium and cultured with quartz and to observe how different dosages of β-carotene do with lipid peroxidation and antioxidant enzyme of Alveolar Macrophagetreated with quartz.Results β-carotene could inhibit the production of free oxygen and malondialdehyde(MDA) in AM , and activities of CAT, GSH-PX,SOD and survival rate of AM were higher than those in the quartz group. The mortality decreased at the same time with a dose-response relationship.Conclusion β-carotene can suppress quartz-induced lipid peroxidation, and protect AM from being injured by exposure to quartz.
