双吻合器技术在直肠癌手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨双吻合器技术在结直肠吻合术尤其是低位结直肠吻合术中的应用。方法 :应用双吻合器技术行结直肠吻合术 38例。结果 :本组病例应用双吻合器技术术中进程顺利 ,无吻合口瘘。吻合口狭窄 1例 ,伤口感染 1例 ,无手术死亡。结论 :双吻合器技术提高了低位结直肠吻合术的质量 。Objective:To study the use of double stapling technique in the colorectal anastomosis,especially in the lower colorectal anastomosis.Methods:Thirty eight cases of lower colorectal anastomosis were treated by double stapling technique.Results:All the operations were successful,complications included anastomotic stenosis in 1 patient,and wound infection in 1 patient. No anastomotic fistula or death occured.Conclusions:Double stapling technique can improve the quality of lower colorectal anastomosis,and decrease the operation's difficulty.
