摘　　要：简要阐述了直线电机驱动和传统数控机床进给驱动相比较而言存在的一些优点、直线电机驱动对控制质量的影响和测量系统的要求 ,介绍了一个系统应用 。A brief description of linear drives which are including the advantage of direct linear drives in comparison with conventional ball screw drives and effects on control quality, simple analysis of some keys on direct linear drives, suitable measurement systems and concise introduction to applied system and conclusion.
