摘　　要：目的:探讨P53蛋白和PCNA在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学LSAB法,检测63例胃癌组织中P53蛋白和PCNA的表达,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果:P53蛋白表达与胃癌分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);PCNA的过表达与胃癌分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与胃癌浸润深度无关(P>0.05)。PCNA在P53阳性病例中的表达明显高于P53阴性的病例。结论:P53蛋白和PCNA与胃癌发生、发展密切相关,可能是反映胃癌生物学行为和预测预后的重要标记物。Objective: To explore the clinical significance of expressions of P53 protein and PCNA in gastric carcinoma.Methods: The expressions of P53 protein and PCNA were detected in 63 specimens of gastric carcinoma by the method of LSAB immunohistochemistry. The data were analyzed in connection with clinical findings. Results:The expression of P53 protein correlated well with the degree of differentiation , the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma ( P < 0. 05 ) but did not correlate with the depth of invasion ( P < 0.05 ). The expression of PCNA was significantly higher in P53 - positive than in P53 - negative tumors ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion:The expressions of P53 protein and PCNA are related to the genesis and development of gastric carcinoma and are important markers reflecting the biological behavior and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
